I-25 closed through downtown Denver

The Colorado Department of Transportation has released an alert that southbound I-25 is closed between I-70 and 6th Avenue and northbound I-25 between 6th Avenue and Speer for the Democratic National Convention event at Invesco Field.
The interstate will reopen at the conclusion of the event.
