Man driving on Academy Boulevard shoots at car

A car was shot at Thursday night while driving on South Academy Boulevard.
According to the Colorado Springs Police blotter, two cars
were traveling south on Academy from Pikes
Peak Avenue around 10:15 p.m. A man in a silver
Honda Civic showed a handgun to people in another car as they were driving and
then fired at the car when the driver made a U-turn at Academy Park Loop.
No one was injured by the single shot. The Civic also did a
U-turn and headed east on Airport
Road. It was later found parked and unattended in
the 4200 block of Solarglen Drive.
