D-20 administrator to lead state tech association

Shelley Kooser, chief information officer at Academy School District 20, has been elected secretary of the Colorado Association of Leaders in Educational Technology, a department within the Colorado Association of School Executives.
She will serve Sept. 1 through August 2012.
