After years of waiting, Costco fans in Colorado Springs finally have a store they can call their own.
The Springs Costco is the ninth Costco warehouse in Colorado. Groceries, appliances, automotive supplies, housewares, toys, furniture and office supplies are just some of the merchandise that can be found in the 158,000-square-foot warehouse.
We're waiting at the doors for this morning's 8 a.m. opening of the Costco membership warehouse at Powers Boulevard and Barnes Road, on the east side of town. Keep checking back here as reporter Bill Radford describes the scene.
