Three teens killed in Fremont County crash

Three Penrose teens were killed Thursday night in one-vehicle crash on Fremont County Road 123, the Colorado State Patrol said Friday.
Driver Jessica Dunovsky, 18, and passengers Lacey Dunovsky, 15, and Abelina Gallegos, 16,were pronounced dead at the scene of the 7 p.m. crash, the patrol said. Two people were thrown from the vehicle, but the patrol did not identify which teens.
The eastbound Jeep Cherokee the teens were in crossed the westbound lanes of the road, drove off the north shoulder, and rolled about 50 feet north of the highway.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
