eBossWatch, a Web site that allows people to rate their bosses, assembled a panel of workplace experts who selected and ranked the “25 Worst Bosses of 2009” from across the country and abroad - and a Colorado man tops the list.
Paul Martinez, co-owner of Alamos Verdes Restaurant in Arvada, was given the dubious distinction of eBoss Watch’s “Worst Boss.” According to the site, Martinez was sued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Comission for repeatedly groping and sexually harassing a 16-year-old female employee, and then firing her in retaliation after she complained about the abuse.
The list also includes a coroner, the former NASA inspector general and an NFL head coach. For the full list, go here.
