SUNRISE: Missing woman's body found near Florence
FLORENCE, Colo. (AP) — The body of a woman missing for nearly two weeks has been found about a half-mile from Florence.
Searchers Saturday discovered the body of 49-year-old Beth Rice near the Blue Heron Recreation Area. Fremont County Coroner Dr. Dorothy Twellman ruled out foul play. Details were not released.
Rice's family reported her missing Jan. 10, a day after a neighbor last saw her outside her apartment.
An extensive five-day search along the Arkansas River that included the Civil Air Patrol found no sign of her. Officials renewed their search Saturday.

Temperatures should drop this week and there's a chance of snow on Wednesday and Thursday.
The National Weather Service predicts a mostly sunny day today with a high of 42 degrees. Tonight, a low of 17 degrees is predicted.
Temperatures should stay about the same on Tuesday, but are expected to drop into the 30s on Wednesday and stay there through Friday.
