Focus on the Family's radio show wins top honors

Christian ministry Focus on the Family is recognized Tuesday by the National Religious Broadcasters as "Radio Program of the Year."

The award given at the association's annual awards ceremony in Nashville, Tenn., comes during the second full year of hosting by Focus President Jim Daly, Dr. Juli Slattery and John Fuller.

"What a humbling affirmation of how much our broadcast guests help families thrive in their marriages, their parenting and their faith," Daly said in a statement.
