14 indicted in child sex ring in Colorado

Colorado's Attorney General announced today the indictment of 14 people for allegedly running a child sex ring at locations from Denver to Grand Junction.

The 70-count indictment alleges that Patrick Lloyd McGowan, 22, Chad Armand Gow, 20, Roy Manuel Ibarra-Gonzales, 19, and Bryan Steven Burns, 20, oversaw a human trafficking ring that prostituted children and sold methamphetamine and cocaine.

McGowan, Gow, Ibarra-Gonzales and Burns are also suspected of arranging "out calls" for their child victims through the internet and coercing their victims through the use of drugs and threats of violence.

McGowan, Gow, Ibarra-Gonzales and Burns are suspected of transporting children to locations in Denver, Boulder, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction and Lakewood for sex.
