THE GAZETTE

The El Paso County Department of Health and Environment will hold its third public H1N1 flu clinic at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Harrison High School, 2755 Janitell Road. Health officials expect to provide about 1,500 doses. Parking is limited, and it will not be available until 12:30 p.m. Harrison School District 2 plans to bus some families who don’t have transportation from other schools within the district. The clinic will last until 8 p.m. or supplies run out.

On Wednesday, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will offer 1,000 doses of the H1N1 vaccine to its students in a free clinic. The clinic will be from 9 to 11 a.m. at the University Center Gymnasium, and is only for students with current UCCS IDs. Staff members and families are not eligible.

The health department will be closed Tuesday and Thursday because workers will be conducting flu clinics. The UCCS student health center will be closed Wednesday during the clinic hours.
