Spend $75 in Manitou Springs in January and February and receive a voucher for a buy-one-get-one-free lift ticket at Monarch Mountain. Save receipts from any Manitou Springs businesses you patronize, then present them at the Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce, 354 Manitou Ave., and you'll get the voucher.
