KRDO/Channel 13's chief meteorologist is a fan favorite who can give a whole new meaning to up-slope flow. Sounds a bit naughty, but we don't really know what that means. One reader wrote, "Not just easy on the eyes, Matt has a great personality as well." Watching radar images all day must give meteorologists mutant powers of charisma, because KOAA's morning meteorologist Craig Elliot came in second.
