Oct. 29
Just after 7 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 000 block of Deer Trail that resulted in the driver being cited for Driving Under Restraint.  

Oct. 30
At 12:44 p.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Manitou Avenue on a report of an intoxicated party causing a disturbance. Officers located the party who was cited for having an open container in public. The party also had an active Manitou Springs Failure To Appear Warrant and was transported to the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

Oct. 31
Just after 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the 000 block of Park Avenue on a report of several subjects smoking marijuana. One subject was issued a municipal court summons for possession and consumption and released.

Nov. 1
At 11 p.m., an officer pulled over a vehicle in the 500 block of El Paso Blvd. for making a u-turn in the center of the street. The driver was discovered to have a revoked driver’s license and had plates from another car attached to his own. The driver did not have vehicle registration or insurance. The driver was cited and released.
