Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Today, an all-female crew of 10 will leave Colorado Springs in a C-130 bound for Texas, where they will be taking the nation's first women military pilots for what will be their final Air Force ride.

The Women's Airforce Service Pilots of World War II fame are holding what is billed as their final reunion in Dallas and the 302nd Airlift Wing from Peterson Air Force Base was picked to ferry the women on rides.

We'll talk to the all-woman crew about how these trailblazers changed the Air Force.

WASPs, we're looking for your photos. If you have one you'd like to share with us, please e-mail it to photo@gazette.com

Harrison school district closer to pay for performance for teachers
Should teacher pay be based on performance?
Yes. Teachers should be rewarded for good work, and poor performers should be weeded out.
No. Pay for performance is just a back-door way of blaming teachers for other problems in the education system.
It depends on what "performance" means. It's good if there's a fair measurement of performance.
Undecided.
