Revenue slips in May at Cripple Creek casinos

Casino revenue fell 3 percent in May at Cripple Creek’s 16 gaming establishments compared to last year, according to the Colorado Division of Gaming. Cripple Creek’s casinos brought in $11.9 million during the month.
Central City’s casinos also had an off month, with revenue falling 3.7 percent to $5.5 million. Black Hawk continued its lucky streak, with revenue rising 11 percent to $49.2 million in May.
