Emergency-skills camp for seniors

THE GAZETTE

Colorado Springs Fire Department and Humana will offer a free emergency- skills camp for senior citizens that includes CPR training, basic first aid, fire prevention and  9-1-1 protocol. Participants will also take a field trip to the Police Operations Dispatch Center.

The half-day training takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Fire Department Complex, 375 Printers Parkway. Lunch is provided.

Advance registration is required by calling 385-5950.
