- Buses (Metro Transit): Buses are running on regular schedules.
- Government offices: City, county, state and federal offices closed.
- Libraries: All Pikes Peak District Library Branches open regular hours.
- Post Office: Offices closed and no mail service.
- Public schools: Most school districts closed; check with individual school districts.
- The Gazette: Office is open.
- Malls: The Citadel and Chapel Hills open regular hours.
- Major department and grocery stores are open regular hours Wednesday.
