SUNRISE: After mild temperatures today, look for the cold to return

Today should feel almost like summer, compared with the past couple of weeks.

The National Weather Service predicts a partly sunny day with a high of 46 degrees.

But it won’t last for long. Tonight, the service predicts a slight chance of snow and tomorrow temperatures are expected to dip into the low 30s.

 

POLICE SEARCHING FOR PAWN SHOP BURGLAR

Colorado Springs police are trying to find the people involved in a pawn shop burglary in the central part of the city Tuesday morning.

Police went to Jumping Jack Cash Pawn Shop, 1230 N. Academy Blvd., about 1 a.m. and found the glass window at the front of the building broken and noticed that items had been stolen from inside.

Police are still trying to find the people involved and determine what exactly was stolen.
