It’s hard to be happy about the sun setting at 4pm. But does winter really bum you out?

Seasonal Affective Disorder, the onset of depression from a lack of sunlight, has become a popular health topic. (The disorder has even made it into a TV commercial!) We’re curious to know what it’s all about — especially from the people who are affected by it.
