• Edison School District 54JT’s program was among the first multi-district programs certified by CDE. Last year, it served 85 students, most of them from outside the district’s boundaries, according to a CDE report. • Academy School District 20 and Colorado Springs School District 11 started single-district programs last year, and both were certified this spring as statewide providers, although expansion of D-11’s K-8 program to include high school courses is on hold. D-11 Superintendent Nicholas Gledich has directed more detailed planning before the program moves forward. To learn more about Academy Online High School, go to www.asd20.org/education/school.
