How to get screened
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Teller County Public Health and Pikes Peak Regional Hospital will provide free digital mammography to some women who meet age and income requirements and don't have health insurance. The screenings are being offered through the Women's Wellness Connection grant program.
People can speak to radiology representatives about the technology and inquire about qualifying for a free mammogram at a Teller County Health Fair Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at Pikes Peak Regional Hospital.
Digital Mammography is available at the following locations:
- PENRAD Imaging at the Audubon Medical Campus, 3050 N. Circle Drive.
- Memorial Health System Outpatient Radiology & Imaging, Briargate Medical Campus, 8890 N. Union Blvd.
- Memorial Health System Outpatient Radiology & Imaging, Printers Park Medical Plaza, 175 S. Union Blvd.
- Memorial Health System Breast Care Center, Printers Park Medical Plaza, 175 S. Union Blvd.
- Pikes Peak Regional Hospital, 16420 W. U.S. Highway 24, Woodland Park.
- For military families, U.S. Air Force Academy and Peterson Air Force Base.
