All lanes of northbound Interstate 25 at Nevada Avenue have reopened. They were closed for more than an hour this morning following a semi-truck rollover accident.
The truck was the only vehicle involved in the accident, which appears to have been caused by high winds, police said.
A high wind warning issued by the National Weather Service for northern and western El Paso and eastern Teller counties ended at 11 a.m.
