The Boy Scouts of America will ring bells at The Salvation Army's red kettles throughout El Paso County on Saturday. All funds collected in Salvation Army kettles are used to fund local Christmas assistance programs, children's programs, transitional housing for individuals and families, and The Salvation Army's homeless shelter.
